Why I Built This
For years, I ran website diagnostics for businesses—both in-house and for external clients. In-house, we used findings to drive strategy and turn traffic into leads. For external clients, we used findings to hold their dev partners accountable.
I noticed a pattern: teams with skin in the game don't tell the whole truth. Agencies exaggerate problems they can profit from. Internal teams minimize issues that reflect poorly on them.
Business owners deserve an unbiased outside view. Someone who has nothing to sell except accuracy. Someone who can make their web presence as cared for as their physical showroom.
